I would like to create a stack bar graph which contains the following tables as its data, can anyone explain how to do this. I can create one bar stack graphs OK, but I am having problems creating two bar stack graphs, how should I be grouping the feilds, selecting the graphs etc.

PatientIndex Technique PatientIndex Inhaler
1 1 1 0
2 1 2 0
3 1 3 1
4 1 4 0
etc.........

The two bars will always include the same number of people, which is the number of subjects in the report. Do you advise me to create a graph for each sub group and place them next to each other

Also one last query, I think I can create these graphs in Access, is there a way to import them into the report.

nb.I will be using access to generate my reports.

Yes, you will need to create two graphs and put them side by side in the report header/footer. These should be detail/advanced charts, not group charts, so your grouping is now irrelevant.

The problem is that CR doesn't like to do a "1-bar" stacked bar. It wants two groups. It can be fooled if you give it 2 "on change of fields", with the first field being a field that is the same for all of the records (like the date or test name) and the second field being the slice field.

There is no way of importing from MS Access. Ken Hamady
