I am using cr9,SqlServer

I have 2 tables

InvInfo
Part#
PartDescr

OrdHistory
Ord#
Part#
RqstDate
ShipDate

This is how it looks now with 1 group:

% ONTIME # ONTIME TOTAL # LATE % LATE

August 2003 83.7% 4093 4889 796 16.3%
September 2003 77.6% 4029 5189 1160 22.4%
October 2003 80.0% 4359 5449 1090 20.0%

I would like it to look like this: (another grouping with totals and %’s on Part #’s)

% ONTIME # ONTIME TOTAL # LATE % LATE

August 2003 83.7% 4093 4889 796 16.3%
PartA 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%
PartB ??.?% ### ### ## ??.?%
PartC ??.?% ### ### ## ??.?%

September 2003 77.6% 4029 5189 1160 22.4%
PartA 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%
PartF 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%

October 2003 80.0% 4359 5449 1090 20.0%
PartA 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%
PartG 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%
PartL 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%

Thanks in advance for any help!
Karen

If you add in the part group under the month group this complicates things?

How so?

My results are displayed like:

% ONTIME # ONTIME TOTAL # LATE % LATE

August 2003 83.7% 4093 4889 796 16.3%
PartA 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%

September 2003 77.6% 4029 5189 1160 22.4%
PartA 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%
August 2003 83.7% 4093 4889 796 16.3%
PartB ??.?% ### ### ## ??.?%
October 2003 80.0% 4359 5449 1090 20.0%
PartA 13.2% ### ### ## ??.?%

I have tried using a subreport and that was unsuccessful in creating the look I need.

Looks like you didn't create separate group for part but just placed part information into the month group header. Or you did create group for part, bur instead of using its detail section you are placing the data into its header.

I did create a group for both month and part. I figured out how to do this now.

I basicaly created the same formulas for the part# that I did for the Month footer, It is not pretty but I get the reaults that I need.

Thanks for your replys.
