We have customer service agents that are members of 1-3 groups. The groups are setup to where if they miss a call, they're logged out of that group. Can anyone think of a way to use one button or short code to log in and out of all groups they're members of? The other trick to this questions is we use Equinox and desk phones with buttons. Easy to click the buttons on a desk phone, also easy to see that you're available with the light. With softphone, it's hard to tell. We also program contacts with the short code for logging in and logging out - bit more inconvenient.
