Multiple Greetings 3.2 28?

Trying to administer multiple greetings on a mailbox in intuity mode.Record greetings,change call types(busy and no answer)activate greetings accordingly.
Make a call on line 1,call the DID-line 2 answers with the no answer greeting.
Same outcome for 2 different mailboxes/DID's.
Never tried to use this before-Any ideas out there?

I believe you would have to have Call Waiting turned off in order to get the busy greeting

Yeah-call waiting was turned off.Thanks.
Still no abbreviated ringing on IPO-just that little half-ring on a 2nd call?
Maybe 6.0 will fix that in 2009.
