Hi,
I recently installed Exchange 5.5 on a remote site (connects via 64K) and joined it to our existing exchange server at my main site. I then pushed a couple of mailboxes accross to the new exchange server. This worked. My main server crashed yesterday.I had to do a complete re-install and import of the store. But now the new installation does not recognise the fact that the remote server's exchange is actually part of it. Cause if I try move a mailbox, it only gives me the choice to move it to itself...
How can I tell the new installation of exchange that the other server is part of it. I will be hosting certain mailboxes at the remote site's exchange for faster access to there e-mail, as the mail will be stored locally for them.
I can connect to the remote sites exchange...but this is not the way it was.
Any ideas.
Julian
