Guys,

Just installed SBS 2003 and it works great. Exchange is working fine except for 2 issues.

When I send emails to multiple users from our domain ie:
user1@domain.local (or the full domain name) with cc to user2, user3 etc. each user gets a new copy for every user in the to or cc fields. Bit of a pain. Does anyone know why this would occur? Does exchange read each copy and route it again.

Secondly, I'd like to grant a user the ability to view everybodies email accounts in caser they are away. What is the best way to do this.

Cheers guys

to quickly respond to your second question:

BEFORE you do anything like that, be very aware that this is against privacy laws. So, if not in place already, make sure EVERYONE knows about this, in writing, AND agreed (signed) to the policy.

It's all part of the employment contract. Thanks for the heads up but its already covered. Any ideas regarding issue 1?

I have exactly the same problem that Relisys is having with issue 1.

Has anyone got any possible solutions for this.

TIA
