Multiple Drop-Downs with Database

Can anyone provide an example on how I can utilize multiple drop down menus with ASP and an Access database.

I have a table: STATE and CITIES which are associated in the database.

When I select a STATE, I would like the lower drop down to populate with the CITIES.
