I have a dsl modem from Verizon, who is my ISP. I then have a router connected to the dsl modem. My three systems are connected to the router. One is Windows SBS 2003 Standard, Windows 2000 Pro and Windows XP Pro, which have static IP's 192.168.1.100, 1.101 and 1.102 respectively. I am studying for the 70-291 and want to be able to practice between the SBS 2003 and another server, which would be a child domain. But since, the SBS cannot support a child domain, I will have to rebuild the W2K and XP to 2003 Server Enterprise in order to have two servers. So, my original question is can you have two different domains on the same subnet that use static IP's?
