Multiple checkboxes selecting print options

I have a workbook with multiple sheets of which certain sheets are printed for certain needs. I want to use a form with 4 or more checkboxes to select which sheet to print. Can I get help on writing this without getting errors?

One of the checkboxes would print three sheets which are common use and the other checkboxes print a certain sheet. So if checbox1=true, I have it printing three different worksheets. Once I add the option to print a different sheet, thats when it locks up.
