Is there any way to have more than a single call ring at a set when using a hunt group? I have two receptionist that have calls assigned to them on target line 157 in their hunt group only a single call gets assigned to each set at a time? If another call comes in it will not ring on their next next IC line. I thought about setting up an OVERFLOW to let's say a second HG with the same members 221 & 222 in it .

That's how hunt groups (HGs) work: they present only one call from the HG to each member.

If the current HG distribution mode is set to Sequential or Rotary, you can make one HG overflow to another. It will work like you want: first call to one receptionist, second call to the other and then third call to one receptionist, fourth call to the other.

If the current HG distribution mode is set to Broadcast, forget about HGs. Instead, you should assign the target line to Ring Only on the sets.

Sometimes they have to put a call on hold and answer another one if they are real busy. It has an option for LINEAR.

HG are poor man's call distributor. You have to finish with one call before it presents a second one.

couple of work arounds if you insist on using HG:

Instead of putting the 1st call on hold, park it, that will free up the HG. The problem though is you won't know there is a 2nd call waiting.

Or setup multiple groups that overflow to to each other if the HG is busy.

Or get rid of HG and just put multiple call appearances of line 157 on each phone.
