Multiple Call arrangement 2

We often have to change SCR phones to MCR phones, but almost never have any luck without first deleting the phone and re-building it. We are using OTM 2.1. Can anyone tell me what we are missing?

You have to first delete all the appearances of the SCR before you can make it an MCR. So, step 1 is LD 20 chg (2616. 3904,etc.)echg yes key 0 nul , key 1 nul.
Before you create the first MCR, ld 20 prt dn xxxx ; make sure you get NO ACT SINCE NO TIME, then you can start assigning MCRs to the keys.

on any analogs you need to add mcra to class if the dn is going to be mixed. i nul the keys change so the analog is the last appearance is analog then mcra that station
