Multiple Application using same QManager/Queue

I'm using MQ Series with two application made in java and visual basic and trying to submit message into two different database with using of same Qmanager/Queue but getting error while submitting message thru Visual Basic Program.
would appreciate help/suggestion.

What is the error message? Are you opening the queue with Exclusive input access?

[IBMMQ]

one easy thing u can do is , u can increase the number of connections thru the console of IBMMQSeries.. this is one solution and the other is u shuld be careful when opening the session and closing the session.
