Multiple 1100 add-on kem configuration for pages 0-1

Having a fun time trying to figure this one out. Here's the scenario:

We have an 1140e with two add-on modules. We would like to set them up to 'shift' to a second page of buttons. We have read Nortel's cryptic instructions and cannot figure it out. We can get the first addon to do this but when we add the second module, the second page 'disappears' (the key numbers for the second page on the first module go to the second addon when it is added).

Sure it is probably something simple that we are overlooking.

From the IP Phones Fundamentals NTP:
"The IP Phone 1140E, IP Phone 1165E, and IP Phone 1150E can also provide up to 36 additional line/feature keys using the Shift key functionality and one Expansion Module. With more than one Expansion Module connected, the Shift key functionality does not affect the Expansion Module since the maximum number of line/feature keys is already available."

You cannot use the "Shift" function with two Expansion Modules attached.
