I have an extremely large text field on SQL that I am having to parse through and pull out several keys things. I am thinking a Multi-dimensional array would work for this but I cannot find an example of one anywhere. Does anyone have an example of what it is suppose to look like.
Thanks...

Scott,
Wanted to give you an in depth update. Thank you first of all for all the hard work you put into this. It was an awesome help. I was able to take it, and use it as a template, i had to convert it to basic script so I could make use of the formula= to evaluate each step and what it was returning. It took me awhile to understand everything you were doing in order to take it a part and mold it to the report. I finally got it to work though and got verifiable numbers to show calculations were correct. I have a few more things to work out to add people across tickets totals together to get an average, but i am very close. When i'm finished if you want i can post the final formula that completely works. Thanks again, your a great programmer and really spent some time on this. I appreciate it.

I'm glad this worked so well for you. Having worked through the problem gives you the best benefit, of course, even if you had a template.

Congratulations.

And thanks again for the cool problem. From my perspective it was good to work on.

Scott.
