Can anyone tell me if there are any good utilities to help troubleshoot and monitor multicast traffic on a heavy switched/routed network. Thanks

Sure.. it's called a Sniffer..that and the SPAN (MONITOR) command will go far in tracking traffic

Yes, I have Distributed Sniffer's Iam looking for something that shows all traffic flows from source to destination. something GUI

You can use SPAN but be careful, it doubles the load on the backplane of your switch because it copies all packets and sends them to your destination port. We used it once on a 4006 and it actually cut some users connections.

What kind of problems are you experiencing? What kinds of applications are utilizing the multicast stream? Knowing this would help make a better determination.
