Multi-party conference on 4.0 1

I have a customer who wants callers to call in and be conferenced into a set in the board room. Does anyone know of a way to do this using the "NEWCALL" feature. They do not want to call each person, they want the parties to call in like they do on a conference bridge.

Tell them to buy a conference bridge. The bridge built in is ad-hoc, you can only add people by calling them.
