Multi line pickup

OK, here's another seemingly easy one....how do I build a multi-appearance phone that allows all parties to hear each other? I have 4 x 2616's phones that have a number built on them. There was also an analog phone that had this number, which they wanted swapped out for a digital. I outed that and built a 3904 to replace it with. For whatever reason if another phone picks up that line they can not hear/talk on it? (This is an internal emergency line) is there a cls that needs changed...?

I believe it is CLS POA privacy override allow. It has been a while and it was on an Opt 21.

FYI: adding an analog phone to the group as you had previously, automatically over rides the privacy factor and allows all phones to answer the same call. Once the analog was removed, so was this feature. As firefighter78 states, you need to turn off privacy to those phones.
