How can I send 3 extensions to 1 MM box...help please

I'll presume that you know how to do this from the switch side. From the MM side, you need to add those other extensions to the mailbox as secondary extensions. That way it can map extension 4321 to mailbox 1234. As far as message waiting, only one MWI will be sent, so you may need to change the message waiting extension field in the switch so that all three are the same as the mailbox. Hope that helps.

How would it be set up if the two different extensions are coming off of two different switches?

The switches are DCS and the secondary extensions are not accepted if they are from two different switches. With DCS we can do 4 digit dialing between the to switches and we get caller ID. Is there a special feature within Modular mesaging that we might need to have activated?.

Thanks.

Not on the MM side. Are you using the MM for VM on both PBX systems? or is this something you are trying to do? If the PBX sends the caller info then it will work. It may be that the MM does not have the range of numbers in it needed when it was setup.
