Current setup in our office is when someone calls in, they immediately get the AA (0 rings). If they choose to speak with the operator, it transfers to her.
Is it possible, when someone selects the operator from the AA to transfer the call to two extensions, or a setup in which when the first person is busy or not answering their phone, that it goes to a second person?
