I created a COM object in VB and registered it with MTS. I try to create the component from a client applicaiton on the same machine, I remembered to reference the DLL in the client project.<br><br>When I try to use the createobject call I get the error:<br><br>Runtime 429, Active x component can't create object<br><br>what is the problem here?

hi<br><br>Since you have referenced the dll .. why don't you try<br><br>dim x as new "progid"<br>x.somemethod<br><br>instead of createobject.<br><br><br><br><br>
