Hi guys,
does anyone have any idea why the MTA service on exchange 2000 server keeps on stopping.. ? thanks guys.

Any errors in the Application log? Dan

I checked the application log and I got a message the says the c: drive is getting full. I found out that the Transaction log files is pointing to the c: partition instead of the partition it was supposed to be pointed to. Thanks!! by the way how do you clean up the transaction log files (unneeded files) ? thanks in advance Dan..

The transaction logs are usually deleted when you do a backup.
