MSR Keyboard Wedge Service Not Installed - Radiant 1520

I have a Radiant 1520 terminal. It has the 15XX hardware settings application in the Control Panel.

When I open the settings and go to MSR it says the MSR Keyboard Wedge Service is not installed and the ability to start/stop the service is greyed out.

If I open Notepad and swipe a card there is no read.

If I go to the odometers in the 15XX hardware settings panel and then swipe a card, the odometer for reads does advance.

How do I get install/reinstall the service?

Depending on the hardware version all new radiant terminals have a hardware MSR, it's not a keyboard wedge device. To make it work you would need to go into Aloha manager, maintenance, hardware, terminals, MSR and select Radiant MSR.

If you don't have a newer version of Aloha, you can install an older version of the platform drivers on the terminal to give you back Keyboard Wedge MSR too

Thanks for the help. I was able to download teh Hardware setting utility 15XX off the NCR website and in intall it. I was then able to start the service automatically and the MSR came up.
