MSO700 modification Work Group and SJ using Sked 9000.

I been experiencing problem on modification of work group and SJ in Scheduling 9000. The system will not allow changes modification to MST for new work group with forecasted schedule. Message is 4101: Update denied for work group uncommitted task exist.

A couple of things to check:

1. Check there are no open work orders created from the MST's - if there are - close them.
2. Run MSB700 for the work group.
3. Run MSH74A which deletes uncommitted MST's from MSF740.

Hopefully you can now amend the MST.

The problem lies on the Operating Statistic MSO400 where an equipment statistic is loaded. It is important to zero (0) the average value in order to modify MST. The system forecast the schedule based on the statistical value. After this has been modified run MSB700 to update the MST forecast. This is the time you can modify the MST's.
