MSN Messenger hangs system with CRTCCLIENT not responding

The file does belong to MSN Messenger and can most probably be found in C:\Program Files\Messenger\MSMSGS.EXE
Check your startup tab in the System Config Utility. (type msconfig in the "Start/Run..." box) look in the Startup area. You may find a reference to the file MSMSGS.EXE. uncheck it. Take control of your life, not someone else's
