Hello Chapps,

I have a user that is trying to run thier MSN Messenger and it will not allow them to sign-in ... i've not seen the issue first hand but they tell me that it says "Windows cannot find 'monitor.exe'".

Have you got any ideas on what might be causing the issue? is Monitor.exe a generic system file i can copy from another machine?

Thanks,

Rob
