You can't do that however you can configure your Outlook clients to connect. Just add an additional account and choose the correct option.

You could also enable the Hotmail account to auto-forward all incoming e-mail to your Exchange server mailbox. Yahoo! allows this functionality, so I'm sure Hotmail does as well.

Get something like PopConn. Much simpler and safer.
