MsMail 3.0 and win2k server

does MsMail 3.0 come with win2k server? like winNt 4.0 does? I think it is acctually Ms Exchange 3.0

I am setting up a new server and want win2k server on it. but I need to have the mail post office like WinNt 4.0 does..

ANy info would be great

I have done this for demonstration purposes. If you copy the directory structure for your post office to the Win2K box you will be able to access it from there. The dir. structure should be placed under a shared folder. You will not be able to administer it from the Win2K box, only from a WinNT box.

Thank for your post. I think I might have done it...

Here is what I did. Installed Win2k Server
installed windows Messaginc from win98se CD
(this created the post office icon in control panel)
click on the icon for mailbox and post office
it lets me add and administer the post office...

also installed outlook 98 for (MS mail support)on the server.. runs great so far...
