I have a MSL6030 with dual LTO-drives.
Yes, I know it´s a old piece of equipment but it gets the job done.
The problem is that when tapes are ejected from the left (seen when facing the unit) drive the shuttle/picker grabs the tape and then move a little bit to the right before extracting the tape which causes the tape to be "jammed" against the tapedrive causing an error.
I´ve read the servicemanual, but it doesn´t provide a solution.
I guess it´s a matter of adjusting the allignment of the shuttle.
I´ve checked that all components are properly seated.
Any suggestions ?
