I have a MSL6030 with dual LTO-drives.
Yes, I know it´s a old piece of equipment but it gets the job done.
The problem is that when tapes are ejected from the left (seen when facing the unit) drive the shuttle/picker grabs the tape and then move a little bit to the right before extracting the tape which causes the tape to be "jammed" against the tapedrive causing an error.
I´ve read the servicemanual, but it doesn´t provide a solution.
I guess it´s a matter of adjusting the allignment of the shuttle.
I´ve checked that all components are properly seated.
Any suggestions ?

Correction: My MSL6030 has dual Ultrium-drives.

This is an Overland NEO2000 Badged. Have you tried to recalibrate the library.
Failing that try running the diagnostics under the Utilities menu and see if that pulls out an error code. I am leaning towards a Picker problem.

Thank you for taking time to reply.
The only calibration-option I have is "vertical" which I have no use of, so I guess there is nothing I can do myself :-(
