Will someone please help me with this error in the Application event log?

Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening?

Do you have administrator rights activated when this is happening? If not, reboot this box and log in as admin to see what might happen.

Yes. I logged in as local administrator.

Don't laugh, but when I stumbled into this error, I just created a folder at the location (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\SSC\LDDateTm.ocx) and it was smooth sailing afterward.

Thanks!I ended up in formating the computer and start over again...but if this thing happens again, I'll try your suggestion.
