MSI Installation through Group Policy

I have managed to get the MSI to install when the P.C boots up BUT it seems to error and i get a 'internal error 2602' in the app log in event viewer. Does anybody know how i can resolve this error. It is actually a error with the MSI and not with group policy.. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Does this software provides its own MSI installer file? Or you create the MSI package from a fresh machine?

they supplied the MSI file BUT it didnt have anything in it so i built the files into it. what are you thoughts on it.. is it solvable or is it a loss...thanks for all your help on this..
