MSHFlexGrid setting Numeric Format

I am using MSFlexGrid to view my data.
I am able to set column alignment and width.
but not able to set format for my numeric data in a column of MSFlexGrid. (Data if used from recordset.)

AMOUNT
655,658.33
568.99
1,200,368.65

Also if i want to color only one column what to do ?
