msg w led Intuity r5 on magix

I have a cust whos message leds are not being turned off via the Ituity. Ten of the users are experiencing this out of 20 total. There is no msg wait receiver from the calling groups, infact no call groups(except 770) are being used. When i monitored the vm ports, i can see mode codes being sent, and the mode codes are built correctly in the Ituity. The IT person said he cant remember the last time the box was rebooted, im not sure on the monitor of the vm ports exactly what sequence i should be seeing for led on/ led off. Any assistance would help before i dive deeper into this one. thanks
 
Rotary Enable the messaging ports, most common issue with MWI's on a Magix... If I remember correct the port the Inuity is using for MWI's the last port on a 6 port system and the last 2 ports above 12 ports.
 
But the Intuity is using DTMF to talk to the Magix - so Rotary Enable won't change anything.

Look at the mailbox configurations - do they have phones associated with them?
 
Touch T; not sure on phone association on Intuity, but addressing format is ext and type is call-answer. Also the led is being turned on for new msg's but not being turned off after the message is heard and removed as new. Any other ideas? I am about to call the cust and start testing, while monitoring the vm ports
