I have a cust whos message leds are not being turned off via the Ituity. Ten of the users are experiencing this out of 20 total. There is no msg wait receiver from the calling groups, infact no call groups(except 770) are being used. When i monitored the vm ports, i can see mode codes being sent, and the mode codes are built correctly in the Ituity. The IT person said he cant remember the last time the box was rebooted, im not sure on the monitor of the vm ports exactly what sequence i should be seeing for led on/ led off. Any assistance would help before i dive deeper into this one. thanks
