MSG FORM SHELF x XPEC Error 0001

Has anyone seen this error before? We are getting it on all of our remote switches that are conencted via SIP. Error says it may indicate a double timeslot problem or invalid call teardown. I'd say we are getting this error at least 30 times a day.

that's a little much.. do you have any users that are dropping calls?

I recieve that error about the same amount of times as well. The only problem I have, whether it has anything to do with it I dont know, is calls not being able to be picked up after put on hold every once in a while.

it shows up twice each time. Usually followed by:

I have not had any users complain about dropped calls. I would just like to correct the issue and don't know how to do so. I have called in a maintenance ticket and all they said was "huh, I don't know what that could be" Very reassuring!!
