MSG FOR YOU not working

I can't get the msg for you indicator to work on any handsets. We have a Norstar Startalk 2 system. Also can get ext to ring when AA transfers call. Any help is appreciated

sorry this was an existing system. it died last week so we replaced the startalk voicemail flash and reprogrammed the whole system. even though all exts show message indicator on will not display on any handsets.

when you install the new mail did you initialized it and made eure the dn legnth was teh same , and built all teh new mailboxes to be the same as the extension. if so than maybe you got another bad mail.

You can manually disable message display on your telephone. feature 806 to hide display Feature #806 to enable display.
