MSDTC Protocols Used?

Does anyone know the protocols used between MSDTC services running on two different machines? The reason I need to know is we have a web-based application that is housed on our web server that needs to update a SQL Server database at a client location using MTS through a VPN. We need to know what protocols to allow through the VPN. Currently we only have one way communication, but MSDTC needs to be able to have two way communication. Is this just TCP/IP or does it require DCOM, RPC, etc?

Never mind. I'm an idiot. I forgot all about the control panel applet for administering the MSDTC. One look at it gave me the answer I needed.
