I recenly loaded the MSDN July 2003 library, all three cd's. When I go to the Start menu I can get to it but when I press F1 in any VB6 project I get a message "The MSDN collection does not exist. Please re-install MSDN". I did, but to no avail. Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Thanks.

No help for you here, I have the same issue though what I would like is for the F1 key to take me to msdn on the net.
Any ideas out there?

Oct 2001 is the last MSDN that shipped with Visual Studio 6 help in it. You'll have to get a old MSDN and install that.

Actually I belive that you can use your origional install disks (Visual Studio) to bring up the addin dialogue box (?? On Name but it shows the addins you can add MSDN, Source Safe etc.). Using this you select to install the MSDN and then use your new MSDN disks when prompted.

But they still need the MSDN disks and the new MSDN disk do NOT have visual studio 6 help on them. Agian Oct 2001 is the last one you'll find with that.

Thanks to all of you. I must have missed the warning that the install flashed on the screen when it sensed that I don't have VB.Net loaded.
