msdl0457_option11c freezes

I am having same issue and have looked at all threads concerning this issue. I have a Option 11C , 25.30 ...3 expansion cabinets.I have replaced SSC card and problem was not resovled. I am currently trying to do a new install and replace software daughter board with new SSC card. I did however notice that in the adan programming for the dchannels that otbf prompt was set to 32.I currently have a primary / backup and a additional t1. 3 TMDI's.I have changed OTBF prompt to 64 ,lets see what happens....with all the threads that I have looked I have not seen a resolution for this issue...has anyone found a fix for this or know of a resolution...stuck_yikes

ps:The original error code for this starts with a Berr0705, then after site freezes, output to tty's is a msdl0457

does this help?

MSDL0305 X Y indicates that the Processor is being bombarded with D Channel Messages.
These could be ISDN FACility messages Ping Ponging due to a clash of DSCs in the NWK.
Check the DCH messaging.

MSDL0457 (not in the NTPS) generally relates to a hardware problem, but may be associated with the MSDL0305.

I have checked to see if D- Channel messaging is turned on, is this what you are referring to, can you be more specific, or is this something that I need to ask my telco vendor?...

are there any d channel messages in your history file at the same time of the msdl errors? If so are they related to one specific tmdi card? if so you may want to fdl or replace that card to see if that clears the errors

Your input has been helpfull, I have changed the OTBF prompt for adan's to up the buffer's, rolled TMDI card's to see if the error's change, will keep you posted. If I remember correctly, there were no d-channel message at the time of the berr code, and I cannot tell you how many time's I have fdl these cards.
