MSB919 - Fatal error

Hello,
when running MSB919 on records from external accounting system we are getting following error message. Coould you help me find the problem?I can't find the error in data...
Is the problem related to : "No Account code for CTL Number :0059" - What does it mean exactly? Note: Another similar ercords (batches) are proccessed without problems...

Hi Peter,

MSB919 is looking for Control Account 59 in District 0001. This is set up via MSO001 option 5. Modify Acount Codes for a District.

This can ba a little confusing. Look in the table file (MSO011) at table MC to see the account descriptions for the error code. IN this case 0059 is "Batch Imbalance Suspense Acct". The program wants a holding account for any balance in case it aborts before finishing all of the line items. If the journal is OK nothing will be posted in this account.

For your problem : "No Account code for CTL Number :0059"

- first find in msf006 - control account detail which control account it is. In my company it is "Batch Imbalance Suspense Account"

- input appropriate account code to that control account via MSO001 - district setup

FYI we're still using 3.13NY

As per kelana's post. MSO001
Modify District Account Codes and page thru until you find the Batch Imbalance Suspense Account.
As a double check MSO919 "Change Header" Option and check
check "Error Account Code
