MSADODC.OCX will not load

I urgently need help. I started a new project, when I attempted to add the ADO data control, I get "WINNT\SYSTEM32\MSADODC.OCX can not be loaded".. I have never received this message befor, and have used the control a good deal. when I look in the directory, I see that the file is there. I'm without a clue and need help.

Have you tried to reboot your machine....
I am pretty serious, this COULD be a solution

Yes, that's the first thing that I tried....

It is remotely possible that the ocx has become corrupt. If running regsvr32 "WINNT\SYSTEM32\MSADODC.OCX" from the Run window doesn't solve your problem I would suggest that you reinstall MDAC.
