I have completed my Access Database including forms.I want Startup form to be opened by clicking on icon. I mean i want Access as frontend. Also want .exe file(Statup form) to which i click and it open the switchboardboard(Startup) form.So that user can continue work on it.
Any suggestion is most appreciated.Because after development now I am stuck here.

You would need to create an MDE file from your Access DB (Tools | Database Utilities | Make MDE File). An MDE file is an Access equivalent to an EXE file. If you really wanted to make an EXE file, you would need to create a simple VB application that shells out to Access and opens your database.

Thanx for positive response.it works. Also tell in Advanced tab where we change it shared use only. There are other options also like icon, form display page etc.How can i put icon here. Or what I can do to make it more perfect.
