MSA64CHK.dll Cant remove this one 1

Can any one help me in removing this file C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSA64CHK.dll,DllMostrar Matrix_HTML:GetMP3 every time I delete it it come back on restarting Ive tried adaware to no avail

if you have Xp or ME turn off system restore before deleting or it will come back.

Have tried that without success, I've heard that this is a real nightmare to remove. Thanks for suggestion though

Thanks diogenes10 I followed that and have removed the cursed thing, on start up I now recieve this message: Error while loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSA64CHK.dll
The specified module could not be found.
Which I find most annoying!
