MS-WORD, mailmerge and print jobs

I have an 8-page document utilizing mailmerge of 500 names

thus, there will be 500 'sets' of this same 8-page document

what I need to do is to cause each 'set' to print as a new print job so that our printer can see each 'set' separately and staple each 'set' individually

can WORD force a new job after each iteration?

we use a savin c6045E printer and word 2007

I'm not verbose in macros but can muddle thru one if shown the code if, in fact a macro is required here.

I am working on the EXACT same issue right now. I have figured out how to handle this issue if done in Publisher. So, my suggestion would be to rework the documentin Publisher and apply the following fix in the registry. I did it and it worked. I am still searching for a Word fix.

Have a look at this url:

It shows how to save as separate files, which MS forgot to provide. Once you do that you should be able to print them all through Windows Explorer and they will be treated as separate documents.
