MS WORD CLOSES UNEXPECTANTLY??????

Good day all.
I have a user running MS Word 2002. She complains that the application closes by itself as she is multi-tasking between Word and Outlook or other applications. She also says that it closes while trying to attach other docs to e-mails. And lastly, this was the last error she had sent me:

"The document was saved without linguistic data, such as recorder speech recognition input or correction alternatives"

This is what I have tried so far:

Performed a repair on Office all together.
Un-installed and re-installed WORD
Verified that all updates and pathes have been applied to OFFICE Suite and Windows.

Hope someone can help

i would try removing Office, reboot, reload it, then patch it from windowsupdate site.
