MS Word 97 error

MS Word 97 SR1 wont start and if you double click the error msg is "Wrong wwintl32.dll has been loaded. Make sure that the Word directory is in the path."

go to find
find *.cab , which contains wwintl32.dll in windows\options\cab
Exctrct the desired dll , You will get solutions
