I have a user printing from MS Word 2010 (but it happens in all of MS Office 2010). She is printing groups of pages from the bypass tray. Say 10 pages at a time. as soon as it orints it resets to the default tray. So each group of 10 pages she has to reset to the bypass tray.
Is there any way to set the setting to stay there and not immediately change without making them the default setting?
THanks for your help

hi,

So can you record a macro for setting the tray?

I've never done that... can you give me a hint..how ?

Look in HELP for macro

BTW, the purpose for macros is to automate processes that you may repeat and thereby reduce the time and error that can occur in a repetative process.
