MS-W2K FATAL ERROR 1

Hi all

I've faced a very strange error which I cannot solve. When I open a Holos (Seagate Software) it appears a w2k system error which says: FATAL INTERNAL ERROR. Looking at the internal software log it shows that the internal error is WIN 33400, which I haven't faced before. Can someone help me, please? Does anybody know where I can get a whole MS-W2k error code list?

Have you checked the event log.

It also happens to me loading a Dictionary(complex) and the message I think doesn't comes from Windows...
Furthermore it works(not send the message) perfectly in other laptop with same SO, xp...Can somebody help me?
