thanks for any help you may provide-

i have table, query, form, and reports named OFFICE ENCOUNTER DATA. the user inputs data into form. i would like to report the data, but want to "trigger" certain output to be printed as a comment if certain criteria are met. for example, the user will enter the numerical result on the form to HCT and will check yes if CURRENT EPO is used. the report would then print ADD EPO (if HCT < 30 ) or would print ADJUST EPO if the HCT < 30 and the CURRENT EPO is unchecked. i have tried query, taken a stab at a macro, all without success. any suggestions?

thanx again.

hi

R U using ACCESS 2000 or higher?

if yes you have the option "Conditional Formating" in the toolBar under "Format" menu.

also you can use "circle" in reports - see more details on help/

good luck
