MS Project Plan Template

Ive developed a template in MSP 2003 which will be sent out to each of the PMs to uppdate their project tasks and progress into.

IS there a way in the future if required to send a new version of the template out to the PMs with changes and for them to be able to quickly transfter all the project tasks, progress into the new template or not??????? or would they have to xdo it manually.

Depends on what you want copied from the template into the existing project.

Some things (views, tables, filters, etc.) can be easily migrated via Tools > Organizer.

Some things (predefined values in lookup tables, for example) are not so easily done.
